Leadership is about personal attributes and qualities. This programme takes you on a learning journey to develop your skills and competencies. BA Leadership and Management is designed to create a space where academic intellect is combined with personal self-development, equipping you with knowledge and skills to become future responsible leaders.

Whatever your ambitions, we’re here to help you to achieve them. We’ll support you to identify the skills you’re learning during your course, find your strengths and secure practical experience so that when it comes to applying for jobs or further study you’ll feel confident in standing out from the crowd. The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award

The Duke of Edinburgh Award will be available to those who wish to start or resume at Bronze, Silver or Gold. There is a further award available for anyone who has completed Gold on entry to the programme or during.
