Jobs

A great town centre location, with easy travel links to Milton Keynes, Birmingham and London. There are plenty of part-time jobs available for students and we recommend keeping your LinkedIn profile and CV up to date if you’re looking for a job alongside your studies. Make an appointment with our Changemaker Hub Team for advice on how to land that job and make sure you take advantage of the opportunity to enhance your skills by completing the Employability Plus Award.

“I have loved working at the University of Northampton and being able to talk about my university perspective. Through work, I was able to make friends with people who study a range of courses and are in different years to me. This opportunity has built my confidence and enhanced my communication skills. I have enjoyed how flexible the hours are and how supportive the University is. They are continuously making my role of student ambassador more and more enjoyable.” – Zarrin, second year student studying Biomedical Science.

Getting around

The University of Northampton offers a wide range of travelling options to suit your needs. So, whether your commute will be five minutes or longer, there’s an easy travel option available for you.
