The Student Information Desk will be closed for both Spring (May) 2024 Bank Holidays:
- from 5pm on Friday 3 May, until Tuesday 7 May, and
- from 5pm on Friday 24 May, until Tuesday 28 May
If you have an urgent enquiry, please speak to our Security team on 01604 892269. We will be unable to respond to any queries on closed days.
Welcome to SID
The Student Information Desk (SID) can help you with any information or advice that you may need throughout your studies. SID is based on the ground floor of the Learning Hub and provide you with help and advice on the following areas:
- changes to your personal information
- changes to your course or module
- giving you support and advice on administrative matters, for example the process for withdrawals or study breaks
- mitigating circumstances
- academic concerns
- policy and regulation queries
- assessment, ceremonies and exams concerns
- NILE queries
- how to set up your account and change your password
