The module focuses on developing leaders¿ appreciation of theoretical practices, practical tools, and techniques to achieve successful project management.
In a negotiated curriculum informed by emerging business trends and concurrent debates, leaders contextualise key challenges and issues for their own organisations. Using appropriate analytical frameworks, leaders evaluate causes and potential effects in order to generate sustainable responses.
This module equips leaders with the knowledge and skills to conduct applied research in an organisational context. Leaders negotiate the topic and scope of their projects as well as the format of the assessed artifact. Action Learning Sets support leaders in their project development.
