Students on the following courses do not have to complete a new Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check in order to take part in the course. However, the University is obliged to be confident that appropriate checks have been conducted and therefore your employer is required to complete and return an ‘employer declaration form’.

If you are studying one of the following courses:

  • Early Childhood Studies Top-Up
  • Early Years (Foundation Degree)
  • Learning and Teaching (Foundation Degree)
