Research Support
The Research Support team provides comprehensive support to staff across the research lifecycle, managing funding processes, quality assurance including exercises such as the REF (Research Excellence Framework), open research, research governance, ethics, data management and copyright. The Research Support team delivers a wide range of resources and are responsible for the management of the University’s Current Research Information System, Pure, that provides a public showcase for research and knowledge exchange at the University.

Head of REF and Research Support
The Research Support team is a cross-University service that can provide support for all manner of funding applications. Whatever kind of funding you are looking to access and whatever kind of project you have in mind, we are here to help. We also oversee the internal bidding processes and can make sure that everything is in order before you submit.
