Human Resource Management


Human Resource Management (HRM) is attractive to those who wish to study business and have a particular interest in the people who work for organisations. Our HR and Management courses integrate business issues with the management of people, helping you apply your learning to real life scenarios.

Our BA Human Resource Management course is approved by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the professional body for HR and people development. Upon successful completion of course and the approved modules, you will be eligible for Associate membership of the CIPD (CIPD membership fee and criteria applies). Associate members can use the designatory letters ‘Assoc CIPD’ after their name.  CIPD Student Membership is included in your course fee throughout the duration of your studies.

Our Postgraduate courses in Human Resource Management is accredited by the CIPD and has been specifically designed to allow HR professionals to enhance their career options and progress into senior roles.

As a HRM and management student you will become part of this professional body and on completion of the programme will be become an Associate Member CIPD with the potential to upgrade your status to Chartered Member CIPD.

This course involves theory and practical components with experience beyond a traditional classroom setting.

      Our masters degree in Human Resource Management introduces you to more specialised knowledge, setting you up for a career as a HR Professional. This MA HR course is CIPD accredited and students will be eligible for a membership on completion of this course.

      For international students, and students who speak English as a second language, you will need to meet the standard English Language Requirement of 5.5 in all bands for our undergraduate course and 6.5 IELTS to study any one of our Master’s degrees.
