Every year, our three Faculties and Student Futures host Student Futures Week, showcasing industry careers and opportunities available to University of Northampton students through a packed agenda of masterclasses, key note speakers, demonstrations, specialist events.
Speed Networking

We’ll wrap up with “What’s Next?”, your pathway and timeline to pitch for one-to-one support and funding opportunities.

Cluedo: An Immersive Murder Mystery
- Time: 7pm – 10pm
- Location: Ground Floor, Learning Hub
- Who Can Attend: Open to all UON students and staff

It’s 1935, and eccentric antiquities dealer Dr Black has invited a select group of guests to view his latest discovery from Egypt. However, Dr Black won’t live to see the night out… is it the mummy’s curse? Or does one of his guests have a score to settle?
Meet your favourite Cluedo characters and put your sleuthing skills to the test! Was it Miss Scarlett with the rope in the library? Or perhaps Rev. Green with the candlestick in the study? One of them knows more than they are letting on! Step into the boardgame and question the suspects. But remember, one wrong roll of the dice could be your last!
Refreshments included such as pizzas, vegan sushi, and sweet treats while you solve the mystery.

The Decathlon Hackathon: Innovate for a Sustainable Future

Join forces with Decathlon, a global leader in sports retail, to tackle a live circular‑economy challenge and gain hands‑on experience solving a real business problem. Working in teams, you’ll co‑create innovative sustainability solutions, develop your creativity, time‑management and collaboration skills, and showcase your talent directly to an international brand. This full‑day event includes a light working lunch, and participants are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle to support sustainability. By taking part, you’ll strengthen your CV, practice pitching and communication, earn a certificate, compete for awards, and stand out for potential future work experience opportunities with Decathlon.
