Enterprise Launchpad is open to all UON students looking to freelance, start a side hustle, develop a business idea, grow an existing venture, or set up a social enterprise. Whether you’re exploring entrepreneurship or ready to launch, this programme is for you!

How it works

1. 12-Step Online Programme (via NILE)

You work through a flexible, structured process to develop your business ideas.

2. Workshops & Mentorship

Our expert-led workshops and networking with industry leaders gives you the insider insights and practical strategies to launch and grow your business.

3. Pitching & grants

If you complete the programme and submit a viable business plan you can pitch to a panel for potential start-up funding, with a minimum of £500 available.
