Accommodation fees
Student accommodation fees at the University of Northampton vary depending on the hall and room type, but all heating, lighting and water costs are included, as well as personal possessions insurance cover from Howdens Insurance.
Prices quoted below are for the academic year 2026/27 and are per person, for a period of 42 weeks and 5 days.
Priority for halls is given to disabled and first year students new to Northampton, with limited car parking available for eligible students.
