Current role definitions and professional variations will be explored in relation to advanced level practice, with a focus on advancing capacity and capability within healthcare settings. Relevant legal and ethical issues will be explored alongside demonstrating advancing competence for CPD. Advancing clinical reasoning skills for positive patient outcomes will be studied whilst utilising evidence to support governance. The educating of others in unpredictable and busy practice environments will be addressed with consideration to clinical supervision and coaching in practice.
