Subject Networks for Teachers
The University handles the logistical coordination of subject networks, but the idea is for you to lead the content of each meeting’s agenda. Additionally, every meeting includes a segment dedicated to sharing best practices. This provides an opportunity for staff to connect and exchange exemplary materials and approaches. All county secondary schools and FE colleges are invited. For details on upcoming meetings and to reserve up to two spots for your school or college, reach out to tim.dobson@northampton.ac.uk

Open to all schools and colleges in Northamptonshire, this network is for teachers who coordinate, lead, or deliver the EPQ at their school or college. We meet quarterly, offering a chance to network and share best practices. Each meeting features at least one guest speaker, and we always welcome your input on who you’d like to hear from and what topics you want to cover in the upcoming meetings.

The Northamptonshire Hospitality Education Forum unites FE and HE providers offering hospitality-related qualifications to:
- Coordinate L2-L7 hospitality qualifications.
- Develop projects and experiences for a wide range of stakeholders, including young people, schools, industry, and more.
- Support efforts to grow the county’s visitor economy and address skills gaps in hospitality.
- Serve as a focal point for dialogue between the hospitality industry and education providers.
