Sustainability Leadership, Management and Governance

The University Management Team recognise the importance of sustainable practices across the university estate and therefore have the responsibility to ensure Sustainability is embedded within the Strategic plan through all academic and operational practices.

The Sustainability Board forms part of our sustainability governance structure [PDF, 60 KB] and enables the Environment and Sustainability team to implement the UON Environment Policy, by ensuring effective oversight and decision-making on strategy, performance, responsibility and accountability.
