Project Management Degree Apprenticeship Welcome Pack

Welcome to Project Management Degree Apprenticeship – September 2026.

Welcome to the Project Management Degree Apprenticeship (PMDA) at the University of Northampton (UON). We’re delighted to have you join us and look forward to supporting you over the next three years.

Your journey with UON begins during Welcome Week, with your induction taking place on Tuesday 22 September 2026. On this day, you will join fellow apprentices from the Faculty of Business and Law to learn more about the University, your course, and the range of support available to you throughout your studies.

Please note that your teaching sessions and study days will take place every Tuesday, and this schedule will remain consistent for the duration of the programme.

Throughout your time with us you will be supported by your Course Leader who will also be your Personal Academic Tutor (PAT) and through regular tripartite meetings with the Course Leader and employer where we can discuss your progress and how you are applying your learning within the workplace.

Over the three-year programme, you’ll be working towards your degree apprenticeship. In addition, on successful completion, you will also gain a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Project Management and the APM PMQ professional qualification so there’s a lot to benefit from during your time with us.
