Welcome to MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Management – September 2026.
The University of Northampton’s MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Management degree offers a comprehensive and in-depth exploration of every stage of the supply chain, from raw material supply right through to resource recovery, encompassing the many modes of transport.

Preparing for your course
In preparation for your course starting in September, we hold an online session beforehand so you can meet your Academic Team and other students studying the same course. Monday 14 September
Session: This online pre-arrival session is designed to help you prepare for starting your MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Management course. You will meet the course team and fellow students, receive an overview of the programme structure, learn about key university systems and resources, and have an opportunity to ask questions before Welcome Week. This informal session is intended to help you feel confident and prepared before arriving on campus.
Monday 21 September
Session: Course pre-induction workshop
This interactive online workshop will introduce you to the MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Management learning experience. We will explore key themes in logistics and supply chain management, discuss expectations for postgraduate study, and take part in introductory activities designed to help you connect with your peers. It will also entertain case study with an alumnus of the institution. This session focuses on academic preparation and building a strong foundation before teaching begins.

Wednesday 23 September
Session: Course induction workshop
This on-campus induction workshop is your official welcome to the course. During the session, you will meet academic staff and fellow students, receive detailed information about your modules and assessments, participate in networking and team-building activities, and learn how to access the support and resources available throughout your studies. Attendance is strongly encouraged as this session focuses on orientation, community-building, and preparing for a successful start to the programme.

Session: The Faculty Welcome Experience!
This is how we love to kick things off in the Faculty of Business Law! This fun and friendly social event brings music, unique games, party food and more to our new student and staff community.
