Welcome to MA and PGDip Human Resource Management 2023.

A very warm welcome to your postgraduate studies in HRM at the University of Northampton. Our aim is to help you develop into HR professionals who make better decisions, act with confidence and who can improve organisations and working lives through ethical, creative and people focused solutions.

Your workshops will be challenging, highly interactive and I hope that you will enjoy learning and growing with us and meeting the teaching team who will be working with you this year.

You will also have time for networking and fun activities and the opportunity to hear from other visiting HR professionals about their roles and the changing world of work.
