Welcome to BA Human Resource Management 2025.
The BA HRM course at the University of Northampton prepares and equips you with relevant and current skills to manage people within an organisation as well as providing relevant HR expertise to address business issue. It also gives you an optional one-year placement year to transfer your learning to the workplace. In addition to the collaborative learning that is fosters through professional community networking during the course.
