Welcome to MSc Counselling Children and Young People 2025.
Welcome to our MSc Counselling with Children and Young People!
Our course is designed to offer you an overview of the most up-to-date models of working with children, young people and their families.
You will also be supported in developing a critical, nuanced, understanding of CYP mental health, embracing the complexity of individual personality, family dynamics and social and cultural constructs.
Upon qualifying in our course, you will be eligible for individual membership with professional bodies such as BACP, an essential requisite for building your career in the field of CYP counselling.
The course offers a taster of a variety of approaches and techniques, thus helping you build a holistic, integrative approach to children and young people issues.
As such, the course will qualify you as integrative counsellors, trained to work with children and young people.
