Welcome to MSc Accounting & Finance (Top-Up) 2023.

A very warm welcome to MSc Accounting and Finance (Top-up) programme!

Our MSc Accounting and Finance (Top-up) aims to extend and enhance the understanding and competence gained via professional qualifications and to enhance the ability of students to think strategically about management and organisational change within accounting and finance. This programme is designed for AIA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAP or CPA Australia graduates and provides a means to support the continuing professional and personal needs of accounting practitioners.

Welcome and Induction Sessions

We would like to invite you to join the staff of MSc Accounting & Finance Top-Up, in addition to other new students joining the University of Northampton in 2023, for online welcome and induction experiences in the weeks leading up to the start of term. The details of your programme specific experience are as follows:

  • You will engage with your programme academics, find out about the range of services that the University offers you to support your journey. You’ll also find a range of top tips to help you with your studies as well as have the opportunity to begin building friendship networks with other students.

  • This is a repeated induction session for students who cannot attend the induction session on 18 September 2023.

  • Students will learn of the various administrative tasks they are required to complete on arrival and at different stages during the course of their studies.

Enhancing skills, building networks and engaging in the wider University community

The programme will organise several events and presentations that helps you enhance your employability skills, and you will receive more information once you’ve enrolled on the course.
