Accounting & Finance Manager Degree Apprenticeship
Welcome to Accounting & Finance Manager Degree Apprenticeship – September 2026.
Join the BSc (Hons) Accounting & Finance Manager Degree Apprenticeship and start building your future in accounting and finance. Earn while you learn. Develop real skills. Make an impact in your workplace from day one.
From the start of your programme, you’ll be applying what you learn directly in your job, supported by structured study and guidance from the University.
In your first year, you’ll develop your understanding of core accounting practice through Financial Accounting and Management Accounting, using these skills in real workplace situations as you learn.
You’ll also build your understanding of how organisations work through the Economic & Law Environment, helping you connect financial practice to real business decisions, commercial pressures and the wider economy.
As you progress through the programme, you’ll continue to develop and apply your skills in areas such as Managing Financial Resources, Indirect Tax (Making Tax Digital) and Exploring Professional Practice, strengthening your confidence as you take on more responsibility in the workplace.
From day one, your learning is fully connected to your role. You’ll be supported throughout by your employer and the University to help you develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed in professional accounting and finance roles.
Before week one begins, your induction day will make sure you are fully prepared. You’ll understand how the apprenticeship works, what is expected of you, and where to find support so you can start with confidence.
