As a Skilled Worker VISA student, I understand that I must not hinder my ability to work under my Skilled Worker VISA.
I understand that should my sponsorship under my Skilled Worker VISA change in any way that I must inform The University of Northampton's International Student Support team immediately and failure to do so could lead the University of Northampton having to withdraw me from my programme of study.
I am also aware that should my Skilled Worker VISA expire before the end my course and I am unable to renew my Skilled Worker VISA this may lead to me either being suspended or withdrawn from my programme of study as I would no longer hold a valid visa that allows me to study in the UK.

I understand that my area of Research requires an ATAS certificate. (Please refer to your offer letter for information on how to obtain an ATAS certificate).
