Rosie has a degree in Psychology and Mental Health Nursing, and since qualifying has been working for 10 years as a nurse and manager in a variety of mental health inpatient settings (including forensic, secure and open).

Before starting at the University, Rosie had a lot of experience supporting Nursing Students in practice during their placements as well as supporting newly qualified nurses throughout their Preceptorship.
