  3. Jason Dee

Jason has worked in Higher Education for 20 years. Prior to this, he worked as an audiovisual artist, living in Glasgow, where he gained his MFA (Glasgow School of Art) and the North-East of England, where he undertook his Fine Art PhD (Newcastle University).

PhD Thesis Title: ‘Out of Body Experiences: A practice-led evaluation of the shifting boundaries shared by analogue films and their digital counterparts.’

Jason has a PGCERT in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy

Jason predominantly teaches on BA Photography, while also working with BA Fine Art and BA Product Design.

Jason’s installation-based work has been exhibited nationally and internationally.
