Research Profile

  • Hannah started her Learning Disability Nursing Career in 1983 and completed her Nursing Degree in the 1990’s. During her nursing career she has worked with people with Learning Disabilities, PMLD, Brain Injury and Mental Health Diagnosis and have worked in a variety of settings within the NHS, Community and Private and Voluntary Independent Sector.

    For 5 years before, starting work at the University of Northampton in 2016, Hannah was the manager of 2 Forensic LD units at St Andrews Hospital. She has gained her PGCTHE and is currently the LD Specific Module Leader for 3rd Year LD Students and part of the “Who am I” team in the 2020 curriculum.
