Miss Cerys
Cerys is a Lecturer in health Sciences.
She is passionate about exploring what motivates people to change their health behaviours and exploring individual experiences, from a service user and a service provider perspective. Her interests include team sports, sport and exercise behaviour, health psychology, health behaviour change, and holistic approaches.
In her spare time, she practices evidenced-based coaching as a Personal Trainer, Olympic Weightlifting Coach and Aerial Coach.
