Overview

PRINCE2® (Projects in Controlled Environments) is one of the most widely recognised project management methodologies globally. The 7th Edition reflects modern project realities by incorporating sustainability, people management, digital transformation, data management, and commercial awareness into its structured framework. The Foundation course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the PRINCE2 method, including its principles, practices, and processes. It equips learners with the knowledge required to work effectively within a PRINCE2 project environment and prepares them for the Foundation examination.

The PRINCE2® 7th Edition Practitioner course builds on Foundation knowledge and focuses on the practical application and tailoring of PRINCE2 in real-world project environments.
