Overview

Prince2® 7th edition – Foundation: PRINCE2® (Projects IN Controlled Environments) is one of the most widely recognised project management methodologies globally. The 7th Edition reflects modern project realities by incorporating sustainability, people management, digital transformation, data management, and commercial awareness into its structured framework. The Foundation course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the PRINCE2® method, including its principles, practices, and processes. It equips learners with the knowledge required to work effectively within a PRINCE2® project environment and prepares them for the Foundation examination.

Prince2® 7th edition – Practitioner: The PRINCE2® 7th Edition Practitioner course builds on Foundation knowledge and focuses on the practical application and tailoring of PRINCE2® in real-world project environments. This course develops the capability to apply the PRINCE2® method to different project scenarios, ensuring that participants can tailor principles, practices, and processes appropriately. It prepares candidates for the Practitioner examination and supports professional project leadership capability.

PRINCE2® Project Management is part of the PeopleCert PRINCE2® portfolio
