Our care is delivered by students working under the close supervision of experienced, registered healthcare professionals, ensuring you receive safe, evidence-based treatment while supporting the education of the next generation of clinicians.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a long-term condition, or looking to improve your mobility, function, or overall wellbeing, we’re here to help. Our collaborative approach combines expertise from multiple health disciplines to provide personalised care tailored to your individual needs.
Our facilities include private treatment rooms and bays, as well as a dedicated rehabilitation gym, allowing us to support a wide range of health conditions in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
As well as our student led appointments, we also offer appointments and specialist services with private clinicians. Please contact the centre to find out more information about these services or visit the Podiatry and Physio pages to find out more information.

Following the investigation, the Administration Team will write to you with the outcome. A record of the complaint and response will also be retained within the relevant patient records.
We aim to complete our investigation and provide a full response within one calendar month of receiving your complaint.
Where appropriate, and, if resolution cannot be achieved through correspondence alone, we may invite you to attend a meeting to discuss the matter further.
This complaints procedure applies solely to members of the public accessing services within the Health and Rehabilitation Centre and operates independently of other University of Northampton complaints procedures.
