Our People Strategy sets out a clear commitment to our colleagues across the University of Northampton.
Developed through extensive consultation, it reflects what matters most to our staff and what we need to thrive as a community. This strategy provides a shared framework for supporting wellbeing, inclusion, talent development, and organisational excellence. It also recognises the vital role our people play in delivering the University’s mission and values.
