Varsity is an annual day long event where the University of Northampton competes against Bedford University in sports for the winner’s trophy.
The day consists of games from a wide range of sports like Rugby, Netball, Cheerleading, Basketball, Football and much more.
Varsity is a great opportunity to meet new like-minded people and get a full university experience.
Last year, I was on the Cheerleading competition team & showcased our routine. I had such a great time showing off my skills in front of my friends and fellow students.
After the performance, we cheered on other sports teams & celebrated their winnings with them. I took this opportunity to watch the other sports and build friendships with other sports team members.
With a day filled with an exciting atmosphere, competitive games & unforgettable memories, this is an event you do not want to miss!
