Here you can find information about what to expect during your interview if you have applied for one of our interviewing Education courses. Full details will be emailed to you in your interview invite.

  • Where will my interview take place?

    Your interview will be face-to-face. Register for your interview in the Learning Hub building under the big screen. If you get a little lost, look out for our Student Ambassadors dressed in blue who will be able to help you.

    How long will my interview take?

    Your interview with the interview panel will last approximately 30 minutes but you will be on campus for longer than this as you will need to register etc.

    Is there any preparation work to do before my interview?

    You will need to prepare a five minute talk for your interview. Please refer to your interview emails for details of what’s expected.

    What do I need to bring with me to my interview?

    You will need to bring a form of identification with you to your interview (driving license, passport, or visa).

    Your interview will be over the telephone. Before your interview, make sure you have good phone reception and are in a quiet place, free from interruption.

    How long will my interview take?

    Your interview will last approximately 25 minutes.

    Is there any preparation work to do before my interview?

    Your interview preparation work is specific to the course you have applied for. Please refer to your interview emails for more information.

    Is there any work I need to complete for my interview?

    Prior to your interview, we recommend thinking about a child you know who is less than eight years old and writing some notes to capture your thoughts. More information on this will be included in your interview invite.

    After you have completed your interview, you will need to submit a piece of written work. This must be submitted by email the same day you complete your interview. Please refer to your interview emails for details about the task.
