Help on Your Graduation Day

Wherever possible we would recommend not leaving any queries until the day, but we do realise that this isn’t always possible so please be assured we will do everything we can to help on the day.

To help on the day there is a Ceremonies Helpdesk at the venue. The helpdesk staff will be on hand throughout the ceremony days to help should you need it.

During the ceremonies you will also see members of staff throughout the venues who should be able to direct you and answer any queries.

In the marquee we have ceremony marshals who will be able to direct you and your guests to your seats and help with queries.

Staff will be on hand who are first aid trained should this be required during your day.
