This is the student letter request form.
To request a letter please start by selecting the type of letter that you require below.
A general letter request should be completed if you need to confirm your student status.
Also, if you want to invite a guest to visit you, please request a general letter.

Complete this template if you would like us to provide you with letters to support either your visa application or your guest's visitor visa application .
Please note that we cannot provide the letters until you have booked to attend the ceremony and purchased guest tickets for your ceremony.
A bank letter request form should be completed to prove you are a student at the University of Northampton for opening a bank account.
You must be fully enrolled on your programme, and have received your student ID card, in order to apply for a Bank Letter.
A travel abroad letter request should be completed if you wish to travel to another country other than your home.

Please complete the Annual Leave form, which must be authorised by your Supervisor before emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Your Travel Abroad Letter will be written when your travel is authorised by ISSS.
You will need authorisation from your Employer, Programme Leader and ISSS.

If you are travelling during term-time (even if you do not have any classes), you will need authorisation from your Programme Leader and ISSS.
