The CAS request form is for current students who require a visa to complete their studies. You may require a visa extension for a variety of reasons such as repeating failed modules, returning after a study break/restart, undertaking a placement year or applying as an SU Sabbatical Officer and this form should be used for that purpose.

If you are a new student or are an existing student starting a brand new course with us then please do not complete this form. Your CAS will be issued by International Admissions and you should contact them for information about your CAS at CASReq@northampton.ac.uk

International Student Support Services are collecting this information on behalf of the University of Northampton to make an assessment as to whether or not you are eligible for a new CAS and to confirm if any of your information has changed since your previous CAS was issued. Your information will be shared with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) when processing your CAS. We may also need to contact UKVI if any of your immigration history has changed to carry out an immigration history check. This information will be retained for a period in compliance with UKVI document retention.
