Accommodation Services at UON

The University of Northampton’s Accommodation Services team will support you during your time living in halls of residence. We provide assistance with the application process, moving in, and continue to support you throughout the rest of the year. We also offer support if you choose to move into the private sector during your further years of study.

Once you have moved into your university accommodation, we handle queries, complaints and process requests for room transfers, withdrawal, and overnight guests. We are also on hand to advise you on all things accommodation both in halls and in the private sector.

You can talk to the Accommodation Services team about any problems or issues you might have and we will assist you. We work closely with teams including the Residential Life Team and the Facilities Team, and have extensive knowledge of the support services available at the university, so we are a great port of call to help you access these services.

We have Accommodation Service Assistants who are available face-to-face on our Student Village Reception Desk during office hours, contactable via phone or by email. They offer advice, answer queries, and complete requests such as overnight guest booking.

Our Accommodation Service Team Leader oversees the halls and staff, and is responsible for the more complex queries, and complaints, as well as the contracts, applications and offer of Halls accommodation.
