Residential Life Team
Support, community and practical help while you live in halls
The Residential Life team is here to help you feel settled, supported and connected while living in University of Northampton halls of residence.
How we can help
University life can be exciting, but it can also take time to adjust. Whether you’re homesick, having issues with flatmates, struggling with noise, or just need someone to talk to, the Residential Life team can help.
- Friendly support with settling into halls
- Help with flatmate issues, noise concerns and shared living
- Drop-in sessions where you can ask questions or meet the team
- Peer support from trained student Residential Life Assistants
Living well together
In your first few weeks, we’ll help you and your flatmates create a Community Living Agreement. This gives everyone a chance to agree simple ground rules for shared living, including noise, cleaning and kitchen responsibilities.
Meet us on campus
We run regular drop-in sessions across our accommodation sites. No booking is needed — just come along, ask a question, raise a concern or say hello.
