Accommodation Guarantee
We guarantee a room in our Halls of Residence for all new full-time, first year students starting with us in September 2024 who apply and accept their room offer by 10 June 2024*.
No deposit required – we recognise the significant challenges families in the UK are facing due to the rising cost of living, and we won’t be asking students joining us in September 2024 to pay an upfront deposit when reserving a place in our Halls of Residence.
If you hold a conditional or unconditional Firm offer of a course place at the University of Northampton, we will contact you by email to invite you to apply for a place in Halls (this will usually be from March before you are due to start your studies). You will need to register an account and then make your application.
Priority booking will be given to disabled students and first-year students who live outside Northampton.
Please note: Applicants are not guaranteed their first choice room or location. Rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis, so please reply as soon as you receive your invitation to apply for Halls.
