Extreme Right Aware CPD in Dudley

Working with Mark Wilson, a Community Safety Officer in Dudley, in the spring of 2025 the Extreme Right Research Network is co-creating a series of training activities around the extreme right. These will focus on various issues currently of concern in the Dudley area, and ways to support professional who encounter the extreme right.

Outputs form this project include a day-long workshop for practitioners focused on understanding risks posed by the extreme right, and strategies to challenge these issues.

It also includes a series of recorded ‘explainer’ podcasts for practitioners in Dudley and elsewhere to develop a deeper understanding of aspects of the extreme right, such as its history, the use of stickers and graffiti, and cultures of hypermasculinity.
