Date 27.06.2017

Current and aspiring hotel managers aiming to be the best in the business can give their careers a boost with a new postgraduate qualification from the University of Northampton.

The Master’s in International Hotel Management is open to graduates in business or service-related subjects – and to those with appropriate experience in hospitality or tourism and/or suitable professional qualifications.

The course, which can be studied on a full or part-time basis, provides students with the opportunity to develop their operational and strategic thinking capabilities and places emphasis on industry engagement and development of the management skills and knowledge required to run a hotel.

MA Programme Leader, Angela Anthonisz, said: “This course is not just for those graduates who are hoping to be the hotel managers of the future, but also those already working in the industry, looking for accelerated career progression.

“The part-time study option is perfect for anyone working in the industry who does not want to take a career break and combines face-to-face input with a range of online study resources that can be accessed both on and off campus”
