The University of Northampton is pleased to announce that it has been shortlisted for a prestigious ‘Excellence in HR’ award by the University Human Resources (UHR).
The nomination comes as a result of the University of Northampton’s HR team leading a transformational workplace planning initiative which was strategic, data-driven and people-focused, laying the foundation for digital transformation and technology-driven HR enhancements.
Becky Bradshaw, Deputy Vice Chancellor & Chief Operating Officer, celebrated the shortlisting: “We are delighted to be nominated by UHR for delivering excellence in HR at the University of Northampton. This shortlisting recognises the hard work and innovative future-proof solutions which are being introduced by our fantastic team.”
On the high standard of shortlisted institutions in this year’s awards, the UHR said: “This year’s submissions reflected an extraordinary depth of talent, innovation and commitment across the sector, making the judges’ decisions more challenging than ever. Each shortlisted project exemplifies the values at the heart of UHR – collaboration, creativity, and impact – and highlights how HR professionals are driving real change in higher education.
“Whether championing wellbeing, delivering inclusive leadership, transforming digital practice, or nurturing organisational culture, these teams and individuals represent the very best of our profession.”
Winners will be announced at the virtual UHR Conference on Wednesday 14 May 2025.
