On Thursday 2 July, Dr Mils Hills of Northampton Business School presented a paper at the European Conference on Cyber Warfare and Security (ECCWS), titled ‘Culturing Defensive Immunity: Hardening Psychological Targets Against Cyber Attack’.

Mils talked delegates through how organisations’ weakest link continued to be their people, explored some current case studies demonstrating this and outlined how private and public sector bodies could enhance the security of their people by building psychological resilience. The abstract of the paper is available online.

The two-day conference was held at the University of Hertfordshire in Hatfield. For more information about the event, visit the ECCWS website.
