Town shopping centre set to host fine art exhibition

News Page 8th May 2019

Fine Art students from the University of Northampton will be exhibiting their work in the town centre for a week.

Intermission, which opens in the Grosvenor Centre shopping mall on Friday 10 May, marks the mid-point of the MA Fine Art course, and can be seen as a presentation of work in progress towards the culmination of the students’ studies in September.

As such, the exhibition allows the group to explore and test out their practice within a public space rather than present a fully resolved series of statements.

Intermission runs from Friday 10 to Thursday 16 May, 10am to 5pm, at Unit 8-12, Newlands Walk, Grosvenor Centre, Northampton, NN1 2EB.
