Regional Businesses get unique Help to Grow
Northamptonshire and Leicestershire-based businesses can get help to grow their management capability, thanks to support from the University of Northampton, the Leicester Castle Business School, part of De Montfort University Leicester, and government funding.
The Help to Grow: Management scheme has been developed to support senior managers of small and medium-sized businesses and CIC’s to boost their business’s performance, resilience, and long-term growth.
Starting on 28 October 2021, the 16-week programme is delivered online and in-person by academics and business mentors from De Montfort University Leicester. The in-depth high-quality curriculum will support business owners to build capabilities in leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing, responsible business, and financial management.
