Professor Simon Denny to speak at Universities UK Social Innovation seminar in London

The University’s Professor Simon Denny, Director of Enterprise, Development and Social Impact, will be speaking at the Universities UK seminar in London on Tuesday 28 January.

The seminar is aimed at university staff working in local growth, enterprise and business engagement. It will explore what social innovation is and why it is important to universities and to society, and what universities should do to be engaged. Professor Denny will give a university perspective, sharing case studies from the University of Northampton and best practice, before chairing a forum for discussion.

Other speakers at the event include the Young Foundation, HEFCE and social enterprise charity UnLtd.
