In 2024, Zoë completed the MSc qualification in Enterprise Management with the University of Warwick. The postgraduate degree course offered the opportunity to explore the intricacies of starting and managing a business, risk mitigation, preparing for future industries and harnessing creative and innovative thinking to sustain and grow a brand. Throughout the course, it allowed Zoë to apply research and strategies to her own business and to bring her knowledge and experience into her teaching.
Zoë has a keen interest in the evolution of disruptive industries and the utilisation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), which underpinned her dissertation, grounded in a human-centric approach and drawing on her experience in sales and marketing. The study, which acknowledged the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence in society, explored ‘how artificial intelligence (AI) impacts information disorder syndrome on millennial consumption in the UK’. This study allowed for a close examination of how technological advancements can help and hinder a business, the accuracy of AI applied to systems and whether the reliance on AI affects the trusting relationship with customers, both positively and negatively.
Additionally, Zoë is eager to engage in CPD, having recently advanced her knowledge in the Ethics of AI, allowing for deeper research into the utilisation of artificial intelligence in business and education.
