  • Dr. He is a chartered psychologist specialising in behavioural neuroscience, classical conditioning, individual difference, mHealth in mental health, and systematic reviews. She is clinical-trained and has worked in both community and forensic NHS settings, especially with schizophrenic patients, and patients with personality disorders and psychopathy.

Dr. He started her academic career at the University of Nottingham with a focus on cognitive and behavioural dysfunctions in relation to individual differences and mental disorders. Her research translates fundamental animal learning theories to human diseases in which associative processes are disordered.

This research was further developed at Warwick Medical School, at the IoPPN, KCL, and Aberystwyth University. The research specializes in mHealth in mental health, in which she aims to understand objective measurements for patients with mental illness; to contribute and develop technology-facilitated, self-management system for the patients; to explore the risk factors, predictions, and preventions for the patients.
