Staff Profile

  • Lewis has a BSc in Biology from the University of Northampton and started out teaching in Further Education, whereby he gained a PGCE from The University of Bedfordshire in 2018. He is currently undertaking his PhD in molecular microbiology within the faculty FAST, investigating the regulation of metal and oxidative stress in S. pneumoniae bacteria. Lewis is currently module lead for NURM105 Epidemiology and Statistics, and helps to run the international admissions process for MSc in Public Health.
