Staff Profile

  • Kiran Kaur is a Lecturer in Business Management within the Strategy and International Business Department. She joined the Faculty of Business and Law at University of Northampton in 2022. Core teaching lies in the area of Business Management across undergraduate and postgraduate courses and is a dissertation supervisor. Before this, she held an academic teaching and research appointments at De Montfort University, Leicester. She completed her PhD in Family Business in June 2021.

    Kiran’s key areas of research interests are in the field of Entrepreneurship, in particularly Family Business, Ethnic Minority, Women Entrepreneurship, and Small Businesses/SMEs. She has previously undertaken research and presented papers at national and international conferences.
