With 25 years of NHS experience as a nurse, midwife, and educator, she has led innovative training initiatives to improve learner experience and patient safety.
A former Practice Development Midwife and PROMPT facilitator, Kate has developed simulation-based strategies across university curricula, embedding reflective practice to maximise learning outcomes. Passionate about immersive education, she is dedicated to advancing simulation-based learning through innovative design and expert facilitation.
