Overview

Join us for a friendly and engaging two-day workshop designed to develop your skills and understanding of simulation-based learning (SBL). This hands-on course, aligned with ASPiH simulation standards, will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to design, facilitate, and debrief effective simulation scenarios. Whether you’re a university academic, clinical educator, or simulation enthusiast, this programme offers invaluable insights into best practices and strategies for SBL integration.

    Learn how to facilitate simulation and conduct reflective debriefings to enhance learning and ensure continuous improvement:

    • Facilitating Effective Simulations: Gain skills to create a psychologically safe and engaging environment for diverse learners, ensuring active participation and learning.
    • Exploring Debriefing Approaches: Discover a variety of debriefing methods to find what works best for you and your learners, making reflection meaningful.
    • Evaluating Simulation Outcomes: Learn strategies for evaluating and refining simulation activities to ensure they lead to positive outcomes.
