Overview

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course which teaches people how to spot the triggers, signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help and support on first aid basis. Just like physical first aid, MHFA will teach you to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis. It will enhance your practical and interpersonal skills and provide a deeper awareness and understanding of mental health, including the factors that can affect people’s wellbeing, including your own.
